虾仁韭菜厚蛋饼

Steps to make 虾仁韭菜厚蛋饼

  • 1.先备好各种食材切洗好
  • 2.鸡蛋用手持打蛋器i打匀
  • 3.倒入面粉调匀,调至污无粒状成细腻流动的蛋液即可
  • 4.再加入韭菜碎,拌匀并放置一会儿
  • 5.南美对虾放在锅中加入姜片和葱煮开
  • 6.煮好的虾去掉头部和壳,用牙签挑去虾线备用
  • 7.培根取2克切成小丁,只需要一点点不要都用完,剩下的将切成大片卷上芦笋做芦笋培根卷
  • 8.平底锅预热,擦少许油,调至中火,分三次倒入蛋液,注意不用一下全倒完,这样分次可以让蛋液熟的快,而且在操作时候把锅拿起来慢慢摇晃,让蛋液滚成一块自然的大蛋饼形状,还不易焦糊,锅铲全程都可以不用一下哦
  • 9.每次凝固一层再倒一层蛋液,并在第二层时铺上培根丁和虾仁
  • 10.到第三层快凝固时候,可以关火,用锅的余温继续,至凝固为止
  • 11.厚蛋饼大功告成啦,可以切成块备盘
  • 12.还有芦笋培根卷可别忘记喽,卷好的卷用牙签先固定一下,再放入平锅或电饼铛内煎烤,不用加油的,培根本身就有油,煎至两面金黄即可,撒上黑胡椒粉、辣椒面或孜然粉等调味,最后一定要取下牙签
