苹果煎饼
这是某日的早餐,女儿幼儿园的水果排得很少,所以我会在早餐后安排水果,但是现在天很冷,就这样吃会很冰,有时就得用热水温一下,这次干脆把苹果加在饼里,味道非常好。

  • 1.准备好原料.
  • 2.苹果洗净去核切成片。
  • 3.平底锅抹少许黄油,把切好的苹果片铺上去。
  • 4.撒上适量白糖,中火煎。
  • 5.一面煎黄后翻过来煎另一面。
  • 6.同时,黄油隔热水融化。
  • 7.面粉加适量牛奶一个鸡蛋调成面糊,加入融化的黄油和白糖调匀。
  • 8.平底锅抹黄油后,舀入一勺面糊放在中间,摊成两面黄的小圆饼。
  • 9.铺上煎好的苹果片。
  • 10.一层饼一层苹果片,多铺几层,最后盖上一层饼,草莓装饰即可。
