Steps to make 冰皮绿豆月饼

  • 1.将牛奶、玉米油、糖粉倒入碗里,搅拌均匀
  • 2.过筛加入糯米粉、粘米粉、澄粉,搅拌均匀
  • 3.静置半小时,然后热水上锅蒸25分钟
  • 4.蒸的同时可以炒些糯米粉,炒至微黄无生粉味
  • 5.蒸好的面糊先用筷子用力搅拌切小块,然后用刮刀搅拌至顺滑均匀,待冷却再用
  • 6.将绿豆馅分别称成30克一个并揉圆,冰皮面糊称为20克一个并揉圆
  • 7.将冰皮在手心按扁,绿豆馅让在冰皮上,用冰皮把绿豆馅包起来,收口捏紧
  • 8.在月饼模中撒些熟糯米粉,晃一晃,再把多余的粉磕出来,把包好的面图放入月饼模,压出月饼形状
