今天这道炒年糕很特别,是自己做的年糕。这个要归功于ACA AB-3CM03多功能面包机。这款面包机真是功能太强大了,因平时特别喜欢吃炒年糕,所以看到面包机油制作年糕的功能,马上体验,效果真是太棒了。

  • 胡萝卜一根

Steps to make 炒年糕

  • 1.将糯米洗净,称量好重量。
  • 2.放入面包桶,加入水。(糯米+水总计为530克)
  • 3.将面包桶放入面包机内,放稳。选择‘年糕’菜单,启动开始。
  • 4.90分钟自动停止,年糕完成。
  • 5.非常Q弹的年糕,太棒了。表面有点干,无碍。
  • 6.擀成稍薄的片,切成小条晾凉。
  • 7.可以放入冰箱储藏。
  • 8.开始做炒年糕。准备好食材。洋葱、胡萝卜切粗丝,腊肉提前煮软。
  • 9.洋葱炝锅后放入胡萝卜丝煸炒。
  • 10.加入韩国辣酱炒匀。
  • 11.放入辣白菜进行煸炒。
  • 12.然后放入腊肉。
  • 13.添加适量的水,烧开。
  • 14.放入年糕,大火炒。
  • 15.炒至锅中的水变为浓稠,年糕变软。放入少许的白糖和鸡粉,关火,拌匀。
  • 16.石盘烧热。
  • 17.将炒年糕装入烤热的石盘中。上桌。
