玫瑰饼干

  • 低筋面粉128g
  • 黄油80g
  • 干玫瑰若干
  • 蛋液15ml
  • 糖粉50g
  • 1g

Steps to make 玫瑰饼干

  • 1.准备食材,我用的是小的乌鸡蛋!
  • 2.将黄油室温软化,加入盐和糖粉,搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入蛋液,搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,加入碎玫瑰花瓣!搅拌均匀
  • 5.揉好后,揉成圆柱形,用保鲜膜包裹好!
  • 6.我用纸壳和筷子做了一个型(可以省略这步)
  • 7.冷冻一小时
  • 8.冷冻后!切五毫米左右的片
  • 9.放入烤盘
  • 10.烤箱预热5分钟,150度(我用的ACA烤箱) 上下火烤25分钟到30分钟!
  • 11.晾置,就做好了!
