Steps to make 小鸡炖蘑菇

  • 1.鸡肉洗净剁好
  • 2.粉条用开水泡软
  • 3.榛蘑也冲洗干净。
  • 4.将鸡肉凉水下锅。
  • 5.烧开后撇去浮沫,捞出来冲洗干净。
  • 6.锅内放少许油,放入冰糖慢慢加热至熔化
  • 7.待冰糖微微变红之后,放入鸡块翻炒。鸡爪子拿出来不放里炒,不然越炒越干巴不好啃啦。
  • 8.加入料酒和酱油翻炒均匀。
  • 9.填汤没过鸡块,再把鸡爪子放进去。
  • 10.加入胡椒粉和大料。
  • 11.再加入姜片和葱段,盖上锅盖,大火烧开后转中小火炖半小时。
  • 12.放入榛蘑再炖10分钟。
  • 13.放入泡好的粉条炖至软烂。
  • 14.加入适量盐调味。
  • 15.一锅香喷喷的小笨鸡炖蘑菇粉条就出锅喽。
