香味浓郁—印度咖喱鸡丁煲

咖喱鸡丁色泽鲜艳,鸡丁滑嫩,香味浓厚,味咸甜微辣,但咖喱的辣,辣而不呛,即便是平时不吃辣椒的人也可放心享用。是大人小孩都喜欢的一道下饭菜。

Steps to make 香味浓郁—印度咖喱鸡丁煲

  • 1.鸡腿去大骨,切成一厘米见方的丁,并加入少许盐、料酒、葱姜,干淀粉,抓匀腌制15分钟。
  • 2.胡萝卜和土豆切成滚刀块,油皮切成条。
  • 3.锅中油烧热,煸香葱姜,倒入腌制好的鸡丁。
  • 4.翻炒至鸡丁变色时,调入料酒和酱油,继续翻炒几下,盛出备用。
  • 5.另起锅烧热油,倒入胡萝卜、土豆和油皮翻炒片刻,并调入少许盐。
  • 6.加入事先炒好的鸡丁,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.加入一大勺的印度黄咖喱。
  • 8.加入适量清水煮开。
  • 9.倒入砂锅内,中小火煲15分钟。
  • 10.待食材软烂,汤汁浓绸时,调入鸡粉,撒入葱花即可。
