  • 1.一根葱绿切葱花,留用。剩下的葱蒜切碎。
  • 2.将龙虾肉刨出切小块,留龙虾头,尾,和钳子洗净做装饰。
  • 3.锅烧热,加入适量些油,我会比一般炒菜多加一下,放入葱白和蒜碎炒香。
  • 4.放入龙虾肉迅速翻炒两下,一分钟左右即可,时间久了影响口感。
  • 5.出锅装盘。
