  • 1.准备好所有食材(对虾买回来时就处理好虾线与虾头不要)
  • 2.热锅,倒入适量的橄榄油烧热
  • 3.将对虾放入锅内炒,放入薄荷叶及柠檬汁
  • 4.放入咖喱块,加适量水(忘记买椰汁了就用水代替
  • 5.煮至咖喱融化收汁关火
  • 6.装盘,点缀上薄荷叶即可
