萝卜西红柿炖牛腩
虽然已到春天,下点雨天还是挺冷的,买了块牛腩,家里刚好还有一个白萝卜,那就做个萝卜西红柿炖牛腩。牛腩萝卜和西红柿的结合,牛腩软烂入味,萝卜也吸收了肉香,吃起来既暖和又解馋。

  • 大葱1/4个
  • 生姜1块

  • 香叶2片
  • 红干椒4个
  • 生抽1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 1勺
  • 鸡精半勺

Steps to make 萝卜西红柿炖牛腩

  • 1.准备一块牛腩用清水洗干净浸泡一小时祛除血腥味。
  • 2.准备所有食材,牛腩切成大一点的块,生姜和大葱切成片。
  • 3.萝卜和西红柿洗干净,萝卜去皮和西红柿切成滚刀块。
  • 4.凉水将牛肉块放进去里面加生姜、葱段和料酒将牛腩焯水,水开后去掉浮沫,中火再煮10分钟捞出过冷水沥干水分备用。
  • 5.锅中烧油,油温六成热将牛肉块放进去里面加生抽。
  • 6.加蚝油。
  • 7.翻炒至牛肉变色。
  • 8.将生姜、大葱段、红辣椒和所有调料放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 9.一次家充足的开水中小火炖煮40分钟。
  • 10.将萝卜和西红柿块放进去小火炖20分钟,里面加少许盐和鸡精大火收汁。
  • 11.关火。
