小脚丫面包

Steps to make 小脚丫面包

  • 1.材料备好。
  • 2.除黄油以外所有材料放入面包机中。
  • 3.启动一个和面程序十分钟。
  • 4.放入软化的黄油。
  • 5.继续揉至能拉出薄摸。
  • 6.然后盖上保鲜膜,发酵至两倍大。
  • 7.将面团排气。
  • 8.整理成长条型。
  • 9.分成若干小份。
  • 10.将大块的面团整理成水滴形。
  • 11.然后稍微按扁。
  • 12.然后放入烤盘中,两个稍微大的面团儿放中间,两个小一点的面团分别放两边,全部做好。
  • 13.放入烤箱中二次发酵,烤箱底部放一盆儿热水增加湿度。
  • 14.发酵至两倍大表面刷上鸡蛋液。
  • 15.放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火一百七十度,12分钟左右表皮上色即可。
  • 16.漂亮的小脚丫子面包就好了。
