日式虾仁土豆饼
全家都是土豆控,这次用土豆泥加入虾仁,裹上面包糠用空气炸锅一炸,外面再撒些木鱼花,外脆里软、满嘴鲜香,实在是美味。就是做这种美食,我的两个爪爪必定会搞的惨不忍睹,呵呵

Steps to make 日式虾仁土豆饼

  • 1.土豆去皮切片放入蒸锅蒸熟,取出放温,放入保鲜膜,用擀面杖压成泥
  • 2.虾仁切细丁,用料酒、盐、一点点生抽腌10分钟
  • 3.把虾仁放入土豆泥中,放点盐、胡椒粉、稍放点油
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.准备面粉、蛋液、面包糠
  • 6.挖一团土豆泥,依次裹上面粉、蛋液、面包糠压成圆饼或者自己喜欢的形状
  • 7.放入空气炸锅(或烤箱),180度炸10分钟
  • 8.10分钟后翻面再炸5分钟左右,两面金黄即可
