  • 1.这是做豆浆的材料,大米建议干锅小炒下。微发黄即可,这样味道更香醇
  • 2.把材料倒入豆浆机里
  • 3.可以多做一点一些喝一些做面包。这多好的事情
  • 4.我们的蓝色液体就吃从蝶豆花上浸泡出来的,把滚烫的豆浆倒入花里浸泡半个小时左右
  • 5.辅料干果这个只需要按照个人的口味去做调整,比如下核桃等等东西
  • 6.把盐、细砂糖豆浆倒入搅拌桶里加入高粉、全麦粉和酵母搅拌至出膜
  • 7.再加入软化的黄油继续搅揉至面团吸收黄油
  • 8. 然后倒入干果搅拌均匀即可进入一发阶段
  • 9. 在一发发酵完成后,把面团均分成两份
  • 10.四边六角往中拉整形一下,在整形过程中动作慢一点。我们不做排气处理记得,做好之后就能放入发酵篮进行二发了
  • 11.二发完成后扣出在表面划割出自己喜欢的花纹
  • 12.烤箱提前预热205度,上下火中层放置石板烤制30分钟。前十分钟在烤盘里放置热水制造蒸汽,十分钟后撤出烤盘热水。(时间与温度请根据自己烤箱特性做出适当的调整)
  • 13.出炉后放置冷却即可
  • 14.那么一个高营养高口感的面包就做好了。
