Steps to make 蛋糕卷

  • 1.成品图。
  • 2.制作方法:容器里加入50克牛奶【也可以用清水】,玉米油50克,搅拌糖乳化。
  • 3.加入60克过筛面粉,翻拌均匀,加入5个蛋黄翻拌均匀。
  • 4.5个蛋清加入几滴柠檬汁,白糖分三次加入,低俗打发鱼眼泡加入白糖,二次打发细腻泡加入白糖,三次高速打发七分满加入白糖,提起打蛋器有鹰嘴弯钩即可。
  • 5.蛋黄糊里加入三分之一蛋白翻拌均匀。
  • 6.蛋黄糊放入剩下的蛋白中,继续翻拌均匀。
  • 7.模具铺一层吸油纸,倒入面糊,轻震几下。
  • 8.烤箱提前预热,上下火160烘焙。
  • 9.时间到了,取出放凉。
  • 10.还有余温,下面铺吸油纸,把底部吸油纸揭开,从一边卷起。
  • 11.卷好,放冰箱冷藏30分钟。取出切小块。
