  • 1.取沸水,水越热越好!水越热越好!水越热越好!重要的事情说三遍!一点一点加入木薯粉,一次不要全部加入水,边加边用筷子迅速搅拌。加热水的时候要注意安全哦~
  • 2.将面团揉至光滑,盖上保鲜膜,搁置20分钟醒面。
  • 3.紫薯提前去皮切成块放到电饭锅里蒸熟。紫薯蒸熟之后压成泥,加入适量的炼乳搅拌均匀,搓成比汤圆小一点的紫薯球,这时候已经有丝丝香味溢出来啦~
  • 4.做好的面团,搓条、切块、压扁,皮擀得尽量薄一些~不然紫薯的颜色会透不出来哦!将STEP3的紫薯球放入中央,用虎口把面皮往上推,包好滚圆即可!
  • 5.等锅中水开,下入汤圆,待煮沸后加一小碗冷水,继续煮~汤圆全部浮起来,呈半透明状的时候关火加盖焖5-8分钟,
