香芋红烧肉

    Steps to make 香芋红烧肉

    • 1.五花肉洗净切小块。
    • 2.冷水下锅焯水3分钟捞出。
    • 3.锅中放少许油,下入姜蒜、八角、桂皮炒出香味。
    • 4.放入五花肉煸炒出油,如果油多的话可倒出部分。
    • 5.放入冰糖、生抽、料酒、红烧酱油炒上色。
    • 6.加没过肉面的热水,小火慢煮20分钟。
    • 7.香芋去皮洗净切块。
    • 8.放入香芋,加盐调味,继续炖煮10分钟,大火收汁。
    • 9.成品图。
