白土司
最最基础的白土司,其实配方很简单,但是却百吃不厌,不管是直接吃还是做了三明治或者是沾果酱配着牛奶,都是很好的选择哦~
没有果料面包和调理面包那么复杂,也不像欧包对烘焙条件要求那么严格,味道一样好吃!

  • 高筋粉270g
  • 砂糖40g
  • 清水145g
  • 橄榄油25g
  • 鸡蛋液20g
  • 奶粉12g
  • 食盐3g
  • 酵母6g

Steps to make 白土司

  • 1.橄榄油25g加入面包桶里面
  • 2.加入145g清水
  • 3.加入20g打碎的鸡蛋液
  • 4.加入3g食盐
  • 5.40g砂糖
  • 6.然后是12g奶粉
  • 7.加入270g高筋粉
  • 8.在面粉上面挖一个坑,加入6g酵母
  • 9.开启面包机一个揉面团程序,我调节的是35分钟
  • 10.发酵完了分隔成三个剂子,卷起来,二次发酵八分满的时候刷鸡蛋液,撒一点黑芝麻
  • 11.放到烤箱下层,175度,45分钟即可
