    • 1.将圆白菜洗净切或撒适中块;胡萝卜去皮洗净,切菱形片。
    • 2.锅中水烧沸加少许盐,下入胡萝卜片焯烫片刻捞出。
    • 3.关火下入圆白菜烫至变色捞出,与胡萝卜一同放入冷水中冷却。
    • 4.锅置火上少许油炸糊花椒、干辣椒。
    • 5.趁热淋入沥干水的圆白菜上,调入香醋3勺、白糖3勺、盐1/3勺、炸辣椒、花椒。
    • 6.拌匀包上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏1-2小时即可食用。
