#第四届烘焙大赛暨是爱吃节#花生酥饼
据说超级好吃
黄油挺多,不用打发,倒是挺方便省事。
看着食谱,有些犹疑。最终,改变了原来 黄油—面粉—糖—泡打粉—小苏打—鸡蛋 的顺序,而是借鉴了司康的做法,先将面粉,泡打粉,小苏打一起混合过筛,再加入黄油混合,最后依序与糖蛋混合。这样的面团应该也与原方一致,而不会担心泡打粉与小苏打有融混不均的嫌疑。
搓好的球球滚上满满的花生碎,在烘烤之后果然变成了饼饼,冷却之后酥到掉渣,真确是香酥之至。。。

  • 1.用料:鸡蛋10克,黄油55克,面粉75克,糖40克,花生碎60克,泡打粉1克,小苏打0.5克
  • 2.将面粉,泡打粉,小苏打混合过筛,
  • 3.加入软化的黄油,抓揉成均匀面团。
  • 4.加入白糖,拌匀,
  • 5.加入蛋液,
  • 6.拌成均匀面团,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 7.取出,搓成10克/个的小圆球,
  • 8.放入花生碎中滚一圈。
  • 9.满满地粘上花生。
  • 10.摆入烤盘,
  • 11.放入烤箱,中层,上下火180度,烤约15分钟左右,
  • 12.颜色金黄,出炉。
  • 13.置晾架上晾凉后食用。
