    Steps to make 南瓜双色花卷

    • 1.南瓜一块去皮去瓤洗净。

    • 9.上面一层刷点玉米油。
    • 10.从底部往上卷起,搓成长条状。
    • 11.如图所示,切成等边三角形。
    • 12.取一个,尖部竖起,用筷子按压,整理好了。
    • 13.依次做好所有的花卷坯子。
    • 14.放入垫了油纸的蒸屉里面,二次醒发十五分钟。
    • 15.大火上汽后蒸二十分钟,关火等二分钟再开锅,防止表面回缩起皱。
