  • 1.新鲜的鱼
  • 2.红鲷鱼处理好,本来我做鱼都是去掉所有的刺,鱼鳍和尾巴。为了好看点就留下了
  • 3.在鱼肚子里放2片姜能更好的去腥
  • 4.双面各划3刀
  • 5.摆上姜、葱去腥
  • 6.水预先烧开,上锅蒸熟【大概也要个15分钟。根据你鱼的大小来改变】
  • 7.蒸好之后洒上蒜末和辣椒丝,烧适量的滚烫油淋浇在鱼身
  • 8.淋上2匙六月鲜酱油,之后摆上装饰的青葱丝即可
  • 9.非常的鲜美
