  • 金阳青花椒1把
  • 味好美美式辣椒1勺
  • 味好美青花椒椒盐1勺
  • 有所思柠檬沙拉汁1勺
  • 欣和有机糙米醋2勺
  • 太太乐鸡粉半勺
  • 太太乐芝麻香油半勺
  • 半勺

Steps to make 虾皮炝拌圆生菜

  • 1.生菜剥开,淡盐水泡15分钟以上,洗净,用手掰成片。
  • 2.虾皮洗净控水。
  • 3.蒜、辣椒切碎。
  • 4.调个料汁,搅匀备用。
  • 5.锅中添水,加盐、食用油,水开放生菜,打个滚捞出,不要超过10秒。
  • 6.把食材放到一个大碗里。
  • 7.锅中加油、花椒粒,小火炸香后捞出花椒粒。
  • 8.热油泼蒜。
  • 9.用锅中剩的油炒香虾皮。
  • 10.虾皮放入碗中,浇料汁,拌匀装盘。
  • 11.麻香爽脆,酸辣开胃。
  • 12.营养减脂。
