Steps to make 养身排骨汤

  • 1.将排骨洗净放倒锅里,加两片姜,煮开。
  • 2.煮排骨的时候把配菜准备好,备用。
  • 3.排骨煮开后撇掉浮沫,盖上锅盖小火焖煮半小时后加入胡萝卜和山药,再过半小时加入苦瓜,最后再炖20到30分钟,盐调味,撒上葱花即可。
