黑豆炖猪手 【秋季好滋补】
以往炖猪手都是用黄豆,今天想用黑豆炖猪手看看口味有什么不一样;炖好以后口感果然不一样。用黑豆炖的猪手比用黄豆炖的味道更香,黄豆与黑豆都有着很好的营养。

根据研究显示,黑豆中蛋白质含量高达36%-40%,相当于肉类的2倍、鸡蛋的3倍、牛奶的12倍;黑豆含有18种氨基酸,特别是人体必需的8种氨基酸;黑豆还含有19种油酸,其不饱和脂肪酸含量达80%,吸收率高达95%以上,除能满足人体对脂肪的需要外,还有降低血中胆固醇的作用。

黑豆基本不含胆固醇,只含植物固醇,而植物固醇不被人体吸收利用,又有抑制人体吸收胆固醇、降低胆固醇在血液中含量的作用。因此,常食黑豆,能软化血管,滋润皮肤,延缓衰老。特别是对高血压、心脏病等患者有益。

黑豆除了可以炖肉以外也可以用来煲汤、磨黑豆浆等等,豆类营养很好但是也要适量的食用;如果食用过量的豆类或经常食用的话,会使人体内的嘌呤含量升高,在人体内嘌呤氧化后就会变成尿酸,人体尿酸过高就会引起痛风。所以必须适量的食用。

  • 1.将材料准备,生姜洗净后切成七片。
  • 2.汤锅里放入适量的水,加入两片姜后放入猪手。
  • 3.大火烧开,将猪手焯水。
  • 4.焯好水后将猪手洗净备用。
  • 5.将黑豆、八角、大蒜洗净,大蒜掰开。
  • 6.慢炖锅里底部先放入黑豆和生姜五片。
  • 7.然后放入猪手、大蒜和八角。
  • 8.倒入800ML的水。
  • 9.倒入生抽。
  • 10.盖上盖子后启动电源按钮移动到高温开始炖煮。
  • 11.炖煮时间为3小时30分钟。
  • 12.成品。
