  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.将儿菜的老的根部削皮,清洗干净后切片。
  • 3.生姜切碎末。切片后的儿菜撒入1勺盐,搅拌均匀静置10分钟后,滤出所有的水。
  • 4.锅中加入适量清水煮开。
  • 5.将儿菜倒入焯水1分钟捞出装盘。
