  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.茄子洗干净切成长条摆在盘子里。
  • 3.水开上锅蒸8分钟。
  • 4.鸡蛋里面加少许料酒搅拌均匀,小葱叶切成葱花,水淀粉。
  • 5.锅中倒油,鸡蛋放进去炒散。
  • 6.加一勺豆瓣酱翻炒均匀。
  • 7.加半碗清水烧开。
  • 8.加水淀粉汤汁浓稠关火。
  • 9.葱花放进去翻炒均匀,鸡蛋酱就做好了。
  • 10.蒸好的茄子倒掉里面加水分。
  • 11.炒好的鸡蛋酱浇在上面,这道蒸拌茄子就做好了,开吃。
