  • 苏打粉1/4小勺

  • 1.1.准备材料。
  • 2.2.将鸡蛋在碗中打散。
  • 3.3.倒入细砂糖搅匀,再加入融化的黄油,以及牛奶,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 4.4.在面粉中加入苏打粉、泡打粉、可可粉,混合均匀,并且过筛。把过筛后的面粉再次筛入鸡蛋混合液中。
  • 5.5.用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀。(翻拌的时候注意,只需要让干性材料和湿性材料完全混合即可,切不可过度搅拌。
  • 6.6.把面糊倒入纸杯,2/3满即可。放入预热好的烤箱,190度,中层,15-20分钟(根据自己烤箱情况而定)。
