椰浆小面包
此款面包在烘烤时,就香气四溢,浓浓的椰香从烤箱钻出来,很诱人。

  • 奶粉50克
  • 清水200克
  • 6克
  • 酵母粉6克
  • 无盐黄油30克
  • 椰浆170克
  • 绵白糖50克

Steps to make 椰浆小面包

  • 1. 除了黄油以外的面包材料投入到面包桶内,开启一个“和面”程序20分钟。
  • 2. “和面”程序结束后,再投入软化的黄油,开启一个“和面”程序1个小时30分钟。
  • 3. 这是已经在面包桶内运行完“和面”程序的面团,已发至原体积的二倍大。
  • 4.取出面团,如果沾手,可以在手心倒入几滴炒菜的油。
  • 5.分割成均匀的12份揉圆。
  • 6.然后盖保鲜膜醒发15分钟。
  • 7.醒好的面团再次揉圆,排入烤盘,烤盘放进烤箱中层,下面放一碗热水加快发酵速度,中途再换一次热水。
  • 8.等待面团发酵时准备好椰浆,加入白砂糖,搅拌至砂糖完全溶化。
  • 9.现在室温30度左右,大约进行了40分钟左右,面包至发至原体积2倍大,最后发酵完成。将椰浆逐个淋在面包的表面,再撒上椰蓉。
  • 10.放入预热好170度的烤箱中层,烤25—30分钟。(上色后即加盖锡纸直至烤完)
