Steps to make 茄汁大虾

  • 1.先处理虾,剪去须,开背去虾线即可。
  • 2.我们用西红柿自己熬汁,茄味更浓郁。西红柿切丁,葱姜蒜切末。
  • 3.锅内下油烧热,将虾两面煎变色盛出备用。
  • 4.调入比平时炒菜多一些的油,爆香葱姜蒜末。
  • 5.下西红柿,调入盐更容易出汁。
  • 6.等西红柿汁出的差不多的时候调入番茄酱、蚝油、白醋、糖、生抽,胡椒粉炒均匀。
  • 7.放已经煎变色的虾翻炒,均匀裹上茄汁咕嘟2~3分钟即可出锅,中间翻动几下。
  • 8.出锅撒上葱花点缀即可。
