Steps to make 酱黄瓜

  • 1.准备食材。黄瓜3根、蒜适量、红辣椒适量。
  • 2.把黄瓜清选干净,然后切段再切成条,条不要太细。蒜切片、红辣椒切段备用。
  • 3.往黄瓜条中放入半勺盐、1勺白糖然后拌匀,腌制30分钟。
  • 4.取一只空碗,依次放入5勺生抽、1勺老抽、5勺醋、3勺白糖,再将蒜片和辣椒段放入碗中,搅拌匀均。
  • 5.黄瓜腌好后,将多余的水倒掉,然后把黄瓜放入保鲜盒中,再将刚才调好的料汁倒入保鲜盒里,如图。
  • 6.保鲜盒盖好盖子,然后放入冰箱冷藏一晚,第二天即可取出食用。(在冷藏腌制的过程中,可以多搅拌几次,这样更方便均匀入味。)
