网购了一只帝王蟹,过一下嘴瘾,也好用它变化着做几个新菜啊,哈哈!

Steps to make 帝王蟹沙拉

  • 1.网上买的帝王蟹解冻,上锅蒸透;
  • 2.放至不烫即可以把蟹脚取下,用厨房剪帮助,取下蟹棒;没有剪的话,可以用菜刀使劲拍裂取出。
  • 3.很大一根哦,八鲜网的帝王蟹个大饱满,我只取了四根,剩余的做别的菜,哈哈。
  • 4.这时候把水萝卜洗净,削成薄片备用;我们北方叫水萝卜,南方不知道叫啥,不辣,甜,哈哈
  • 5.生菜处理干净并沥干水备用;
  • 6.紫甘蓝洗净,也切适量大小;
  • 7.把前面处理好的三种蔬菜都装入碟中;
  • 8.准备味汁,磨出姜汁和姜蓉,然后加入少许盐,少许生抽,少许红酒醋和细砂糖,加入现磨黑胡椒以及橄榄油的,拌匀即可;
  • 9.把帝王蟹脚肉也放入碟中,加入适量香菜;
  • 10.食用前淋入调好的味汁即可!
