红烧肘子

  • 生抽2茶勺
  • 白糖4茶勺
  • 4片
  • 香片2片
  • 3茶勺

Steps to make 红烧肘子

  • 1.猪肘子洗净,用水煮一会,焯去血水
  • 2.将煮好的肘子捞出,用厨房纸擦干肘子上的水分
  • 3.锅中放油
  • 4.放糖,然后开火,小火熬汤色
  • 5.加热至糖全部融化,并且糖色变成棕色,同时边缘冒小泡泡,放入肘子,
  • 6.翻动让肘子都着上糖色
  • 7.高压锅内放葱姜、八角、香叶、料酒、花椒、盐、适量水
  • 8.放入肘子,放入没过肘子的水。多放些,盖好锅盖后,大火,大约十分钟高压锅上气;改用小火焖45分钟后,关火。
  • 9.时间到,开锅盖,收汁
  • 10.盛出
