苹果派和挞

  • 1.派皮:把黄油放进低粉中
  • 2.用手搓成细沙状。
  • 3.打进一个鸡蛋
  • 4.加水和成面团(水要一点一点加,面团没有干面就可以了。)用保鲜膜包好放冰箱里冷藏半小时。
  • 5.馅料:
  • 6.把苹果切成丁
  • 7.锅中放黄油熔化
  • 8.把苹果丁倒进去翻炒
  • 9.等苹果软化后,撒上白糖和肉桂粉,小火搅拌.
  • 10.挤上半个柠檬的汁。
  • 11.直到熬煮到苹果粘稠,水分基本消失。晾凉。
  • 12.把面团取出来,擀成0.5cm左右厚的面片,放在9寸派盘上,用手把派皮压紧,用擀面棍在派盘周边压一下,除去多余的派皮。
  • 13.用叉子在派皮底部扎些小洞,防止烘烤过程中派皮鼓起。
  • 14.迷你苹果挞:把面皮近进一次性蛋挞模里,用叉子在面皮上扎些洞。
  • 15.把苹果馅盛在挞模中,将其余面皮擀薄后切成细条,用编网的方法摆在挞表面。
  • 16.把凉了的苹果馅盛在派皮上。表面再码上切好的苹果片。
  • 17.刷上蛋液。220度10分钟,转200度再烤20分钟。
  • 18.放进预热好的烤箱中,220度10分钟,转200度再烤20分钟。
  • 19.看派皮上色,表面的苹果略显焦色即可。
