花生酱小酥
这是一款比较简单的饼干,也正是因为简单,所以给人以质朴的亲切感,是几乎所有人都喜欢的大众饼干。咬一口,酥掉渣,还有浓浓的花生酱香,这样一款饼干,谁能抵抗住诱惑?

  • 花生碎60g

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 蜂蜜50g
  • 花生酱80g
  • 泡打粉3g

Steps to make 花生酱小酥

  • 1.准备好所有材料。
  • 2.将泡打粉与盐倒入低筋面粉中,用手动打蛋器拌匀。
  • 3.用手动打蛋器将鸡蛋打散。
  • 4.将黄油、红糖倒入大玻璃碗中,用电动打蛋器打至微发状态。
  • 5.鸡蛋液分2次倒入黄油中打发。(每次倒入蛋液后,都要将鸡蛋充分打进黄油里,要不然容易油水分离)
  • 6.将蜂蜜、花生酱、花生碎一次性倒入黄油中,用手动打蛋器拌匀。
  • 7.、把低筋面粉过筛至曲奇糊中,用刮刀拌匀。
  • 8.拌匀的曲奇面糊装入裱花袋内,挤在烤盘上。(因为添加了泡打粉,所以每个曲奇不要挤太多的面糊,以免烘烤时粘连在一起)
  • 9.接一碗清水,用勺子将曲奇的尖角压下去。(每次压曲奇之前都要沾一下水,要不然面糊会粘在勺子上)
  • 10.用叉子在曲奇上稍微用力按一下。(同样每次按压之前都要沾一下水)
  • 11.1改善好曲奇的造型之后,就可以开始烘烤啦。先将烤箱180度预热5分钟,然后把烤盘放入烤箱中层烤20分钟左右。
  • 12.烤至表面颜色发深,有点糊的感觉就说明烤熟了,就可以把烤盘从烤箱里取出来了;冷凉后即可食用哦!(表面颜色发深,看起来是糊了,实际上不是糊了,而是材料中添加了红糖,成品烘烤好就是这个样子的)
