油炸河虾

Steps to make 油炸河虾

  • 1.河虾洗净沥干,洋葱去外皮,洗净。
  • 2.洋葱切粗丝,用适量面粉搅拌好。
  • 3.油7分热,放下洋葱炸一下。
  • 4.待洋葱转色,捞出控油,放入大盘,撒些盐,胡椒粉。
  • 5.河虾用料酒,盐,姜末搅拌10分钟入味,再拌上适量面粉。
  • 6.锅里油7分热,放下河虾,用中火炸。
  • 7.当虾壳变红发硬,捞出控油。
  • 8.把虾摆在洋葱上。
  • 9.撒上胡椒粉,葱花即可。
