    Steps to make 喜气洋洋:竹篓虾

    • 1.主料:海白虾、辅料:红彩椒、美人指、辣椒、淀粉、香芹调味:盐、胡椒粉、蒜末、姜末、葱花
    • 2.将虾洗净去头,背部剖开,挑去虾线;红椒洗净去蒂去籽切末;美人指、青辣椒洗净切圈;香葱、香芹洗净切碎丁;姜蒜切末备用。
    • 3.虾用厨房用纸吸取水分。
    • 4.虾均匀的裹上淀粉,抖去多余的淀粉,待用。
    • 5.锅置火上油烧至7成热,下入处理好的虾炸至虾皮酥脆,转大火炸约十几秒钟,捞出沥油。
    • 6.备齐所有用料。
    • 7.锅置火上少许油烧热,姜蒜末煸出香味,下入青红椒炒匀。
    • 8.下入炸好的虾,调入适量盐、胡椒粉。
    • 9.翻炒均匀,撒葱花、芝麻即可关火。
