紫薯餐包

  • 牛奶140克
  • 50克
  • 黄油20克
  • 鸡蛋45克
  • 3克
  • 酵母4克

Steps to make 紫薯餐包

  • 1.将材料里的所有液体材料先倒进面包机桶里
  • 2.再加入除了黄油以外的其它材料
  • 3.选择面包机的和面程序,揉面20分钟,加入黄油,再重新选择面包的和面程序,继续揉面20分钟,面团就揉好了。
  • 4.揉好的面团进行发酵,盖上一条湿毛巾,室温发酵到2.5-3倍的大小
  • 5.发好的面团取出压扁排气
  • 6.均匀的分成12等份,揉圆,表面封上一层保鲜膜,放一边松驰15分钟。
  • 7.取一个松驰好的面团,拍扁
  • 8.中间包上紫薯馅
  • 9.收口,滚圆
  • 10.所有的面团都包好,然后整齐的摆放在不粘烤盘里。烤箱最下层放一碗热水,将面包胚放进去进行二次发酵。
  • 11.发酵好的面包胚刷上一层蛋液,再放上杏仁片
  • 12.烤箱150度预热,将发酵好的面包放在中下层,上下火烤30分钟即可
