Steps to make 麻辣香锅小龙虾

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.洋葱、胡萝卜、土豆切块,豆角切寸段。
  • 3.切好蒜、辣椒、葱、姜。
  • 4.龙虾入开水中煮熟。小龙虾的尾部用剪刀剪一条缝,以便做时入味。
  • 5.锅中入油烧热,加入土豆、豆角、胡萝卜中火炸到五成熟再放洋葱炸,炸到表皮金黄色捞出备用。
