Steps to make 红茶酥饼

  • 1.黄油加糖粉搅打至发白
  • 2.加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.因为TWININGS的茶叶本身会有独特的果香味,所以强烈建议用这个做,普通红茶包,香味不够诱人。
  • 4.茶包拆开后加入,筛入已经过筛两次的低粉,拌至没有干粉。
  • 5.用饼干整形器整形好以后的送入冰箱冷冻了1个小时以上,冻好的饼干面糊切片,放入烤盘。预热170℃,上下火,中层,18分钟左右。
