  • 1.准备的材料。
  • 2.臭豆腐用水冲洗一下沥水待用。

  • 4.臭豆腐切小块。
  • 5.锅中倒油。把臭豆腐放入不粘锅中用小火炸。
  • 6.炸至两面金黄,外皮酥脆。
  • 7.淋入已调好的汁水。
  • 8.装盘即可。
