五福临门寿桃馒头
以前经常会给家里长辈买重阳糕,后来发现他们总是觉得糯米类的不太容易消化,容易积食,所以今年就自己做可这款五福临门寿桃馒头,祝天下老人都健康长寿。

  • 抹茶粉少许
  • 红色食用色素少许

Steps to make 五福临门寿桃馒头

  • 1.将所有材料倒入料理机中,混合搅成面团。取出后揉成光滑面团,放入容器中发酵至两倍大。
  • 2.将面团排气整形,分割成小面团搓圆松弛10分钟,然后将面团搓成水滴状,再用刮板刻出桃子的造型,放入蒸笼中备用。
  • 3.取少量面团加入抹茶粉,揉成绿色面团,再分割成小面团刻出叶子造型,沾水粘在馒头底部。用玫粉色食用色素抹在馒头顶部。
  • 4.沸水上锅,中小火蒸12-15分钟即可。
