  • 1.准备独头蒜或如图这样的普遍蒜,冲洗干净控干水份或者剥去外层不干净的皮。
  • 2.把蒜码在这样的夹层锅里
  • 3.盖好盖子,插上电,按相应程序就可以了。
  • 4.这是做好的黑蒜
  • 5.这个是夹层锅里的黑蒜汁儿。
  • 6.黑蒜汁儿可以取一两勺兑水喝,放一点蜂蜜。
  • 7.做好的黑蒜要经过几天的通风晾晒才行或用干燥器干燥几小时(我这个是通风干燥后又剥去皮晾晒才弄好的)当保健的吃法是每天吃几个就可以了,也可以和其他菜一起吃,或做成蜜饯蒜都可。
