  • 麦芽糖浆1/2杯
  • 白糖1/2杯

Steps to make 韩式辣烤排骨--Spicy Pork Ribs

  • 1.先将排骨切开成一根一根的。
  • 2.将上述的调料混合在一个盆里。
  • 3.然后将一根根的排骨放到盆里,用手按摩按摩直到每一根都裹上了腌料。 盖上裹好腌料的排骨放到冰箱里3个小时以上或过夜。
  • 4.腌好的排骨放到烤架上每一面烤5-6分钟或直到烤熟为止。最后我自己又洒了些熟芝麻粒。
