  • 1.准备所有的材料
  • 2.鸡腿去骨
  • 3.用刀尖给鸡腿皮扎几个洞洞,入味也防止煎鸡腿溅油

  • 5.腌制鸡腿的时候把蔬菜切好备用
  • 6.起锅放盐(放盐是为了让蔬菜有低味)
  • 7.蔬菜依次飞水
  • 8.一勺叉烧酱
  • 9.然后放蜂蜜、料酒、酱油各一勺。和叉烧酱拌匀
  • 10.放油,五成热
  • 11.鸡皮面朝下煎至金黄
  • 12.煎至两面金黄
  • 13.放入调好的酱汁,加一碗热水大火烧开
  • 14.慢慢收汁
  • 15.拌饭锅烧热涂少许的油,烧热
  • 16.加入米饭烧制,听见呲呲声关火
  • 17.把鸡腿切块,依次放入蔬菜,把烧鸡腿的汁倒入米饭,慢慢吃吧
