冰箱里剩下一个小小的南瓜,看见它又嘴馋了,做什么好呢?以前的南瓜饼都是蒸的,今天想用这小南瓜试一下烤箱版的,哈哈哈,好~就这样愉快的决定了!新品上市,口感很好,很清甜,小南瓜就是甜,而且南瓜味十足,点个赞!

  • 1.今天的主角,小南瓜一个
  • 2.南瓜去皮、切开去籽,切成小块,拿去蒸,蒸至南瓜软即可(参考时间:30分钟)
  • 3.南瓜蒸熟后,准备好其他的材料
  • 4.趁热用勺子的背面把南瓜压成泥状
  • 5.加入适量的糖(糖的分量根据自己的喜好来调节)
  • 6.加入糯米粉,一边加一边揉成面团
  • 7.用手揉成圆形,压扁,再粘上一层糯米粉,防止粘
  • 8.烤盘铺上油纸,把南瓜饼排列放去
  • 9.在南瓜饼的外表刷上一层薄薄的油,撒上黑芝麻
  • 10.放入提前预热好的烤箱中(160度预热10分钟),中层、上下火、160度烘烤30分钟即可(烘烤时间和温度仅作参考)
  • 11.这是烘烤了20分钟的南瓜饼,发起来了,看着像是外面卖的雪山包,好诱人
