前两天刚吃了日料,就收到雪媚娘的预拌粉。又正好刚买了个菠萝,就来个菠萝雪媚娘先。
以前做过冰皮月饼,君之版。也不知道是自己操作不好还是什么别的原因,这样冷吃的糯米类小吃放到第二天,冷藏之后总是变得干硬开裂。从此懒得去碰糯米糍这样的小吃,反正也不爱吃。想必这预拌粉应该能很好地解决这个问题吧?
按照说明,沸水冲入粉中,拌匀柔光,立马就感觉到与往日的不一样,延展性很好,柔韧易塑形。雪媚娘其实很简单,打点儿奶油,放点儿水果,包起来。重点在皮。预拌粉比传统制皮省事不少,不用花时间去蒸,也不用担心蒸得好不好。一冲一拌,加上包馅,半小时就可以搞定。
只是包这奶油还真得多试试,软塌塌地总是担心把它给挤出来。。。。

  • 1.饼皮:雪媚娘预拌粉60克,沸水48克,馅料:淡奶油35克,糖3克,菠萝适量装饰:椰蓉少许
  • 2.将水倒入锅中烧热,
  • 3.冲入预拌粉中,
  • 4.搅拌至无干粉,晾凉。
  • 5.揉搓成光滑面团。
  • 6.菠萝切小丁,备用。
  • 7.淡奶油加糖,用打蛋器搅打,
  • 8.成能保持花纹的状态。
  • 9.将雪媚娘面团分割成5等分,
  • 10.擀成圆片,
  • 11.放入淡奶油和菠萝丁,
  • 12.包起,收口。
  • 13.在椰蓉中滚一圈。
  • 14.放入纸托中。
