  • 凉白开两汤匙
  • 生抽一汤匙
  • 香醋半汤匙
  • 白糖半汤匙
  • 蚝油少许

  • 香油几滴

Steps to make 【绿谷源】非油炸版虎皮尖椒

  • 1.北京翠圃园生产的绿谷源有机蔬菜
  • 2.非常新鲜
  • 3.准备好原材料。
  • 4.尖椒去籽、切成段。
  • 5.生姜、大蒜、葱白切成末。
  • 6.生抽、香醋、白糖、蚝油、凉白开、花椒油、香油按照配料表中比例调成汁待用。
  • 7.不粘锅烧热,加入少许油烧到三成热,下入尖椒中火煎。
  • 8.一边轻轻按压一边煎,直到两面煎成虎皮状,出锅待用。
  • 9.锅里加入适量油烧到六成热,加入豆豉酱、葱姜蒜末炒香。
  • 10.加入煎好的尖椒稍微翻炒。
  • 11.加入调料汁煮至浓稠。
  • 12.非常好吃的虎皮尖椒做好了。
