  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2. 韩式年糕冷水下锅, 稍微煮软点捞出;
  • 3. 加入盐、酱油和适量的油搅拌均匀;
  • 4. 牛肉丝加入料酒、盐、淀粉、酱油和少量的水抓匀后腌制一下;
  • 5.香菇加入适量的盐和酱油腌制一下;
  • 6. 锅中放入少量的油, 下入腌制好的牛肉丝煸炒;
  • 7. 牛肉变色后捞出;
  • 8. 再烧热锅, 放入适量的油, 下入洋葱丝煸炒;
  • 9.洋葱炒出香味后下入香菇丝一起翻炒;
  • 10. 翻炒几下后下入年糕继续翻炒;
  • 11.放入炒好的牛肉丝和豆芽菜一起炒;
  • 12. 最后加入盐等调味料翻炒均匀;
  • 13.盛入碗中,小葱点缀一下。
