Steps to make 布朗尼

  • 1.鸡蛋打散,冰箱冷藏的,要提前拿出来回温。
  • 2.黄油,黑巧,坐热水融化,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.低粉,可可粉过筛,放融化好的黄油黑巧里翻拌均匀,不要过度搅拌。
  • 4.碧根果留15克做表面装饰,其他的掰碎。
  • 5.放面糊里拌匀。
  • 6.倒入模具,表面放碧根果装饰,烤箱预热200度,上下火180度,烤25分钟,烤10分钟后盖锡纸,模具可用18×18的方形模具,或者表面积差不多的。
  • 7.出炉,冷却后切块。
