  • 色拉油120g
  • 180g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 蜂蜜12g
  • 细砂糖100g
  • 小苏打5g

Steps to make 蜂巢蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料,低筋面粉和小苏打混合过筛。
  • 2.将水和细砂糖倒入不锈钢碗内,放到电磁炉上煮开,关火并搅拌成为糖水,自然冷却备用。
  • 3.鸡蛋打入碗中,打散,加入炼奶、蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再加入色拉油,搅拌成稀糊状。
  • 5.加入低筋面粉和小苏打,搅拌成稀面糊即可。
  • 6.将冷却的糖水分三次加入面糊中,每次加入糖水后需要搅拌均匀。
  • 7.用保鲜膜盖上,室温下静置1个小时。
  • 8.方形蛋糕模内刷上黄油(防粘,以便脱模),把静置好的面糊倒入模具中(七成满即可)。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱中,上火180度,下火150度,烘烤45分钟后表面出现焦糖色即可。
  • 10.待蛋糕稍微冷却后脱膜,彻底冷却后从底部横向切开即可。
